Do you guys think Big Daddy Vladdy will continue his career with the Angels as a full time DH next season?
His contract comes to an end this season and as a Halo fan I’d hate to see Big Daddy leave. I know Scioscia wont put him in right field because of his injuries, but he has a lot of power and can hit any ball, he’s known as a bad ball hitter, and he joined the 400 homer club last week. I just don’t want him to leave yet, he’s a hall of famer that’s for sure. I know I would hate for someone else to use big daddy’s number. Please no Smart remarks. Is there any chance he might resign outfield and become a full time DH.

I honestly don’t know if he is willing to be a full time DH all year. Angels are only looking to sign him for a longer deal if he is willing to give up the outfield. This offseason is going to be very hectic because of all the free agents the angels have (Lackey, Escobar, Vladdy, Figgy, Oliver, Abreu). I don’t know if he’s going to come back but I have a lot of respect for him and hope he does.
