My AT&T gophone cell phone says "Service Detached" on the main screen, wat does that mean?
it is a gophone and yes i do have money left 2 spend so that is not it, it won’t turn off either, nothing else is wrong with it, it won’t let me text, call, or go on the internet, it is pretty much a working phone with out the network, and it is an AT & T phone

Take the back off the phone and remove the battery. Check to make sure the SIM card is secure. Wait a few moments then put the battery back in and power the phone on. This will allow the phone to find signal. If that doesn’t work, call customer care at 1800-331-0500 to troubleshoot. If possible, don’t call from the phone you are having trouble with.
